Share my feeling at Apple Store Ginza

Dear Apple Store Ginza:
I feel regret to write this letter for sharing my feeling on April 7th, 2018 at Apple Store Ginza.
I am a foreign speaker of Japanese, so I need to find some employer who speaks Chinese or English. When I ask an employee “Is there anyone for Chinese services ?” , A male employer with central parting answer me with inattentive attitude and answer Japanese customer right now with the polite attitude. That makes me feel annoyed, I didn't buy anything and just go back home.
Luckily, I went to Apple Store Shinjuku this afternoon, and the employer is so friendly and I get something I want.That lovely employer saved the Apple Store's star in my heart.

Thanks for your reply and I feel gratified about this letter.
For several reasons, I may not call you, I wrote the first mail is only for report something terrible in your Store.
Apple is a commendable company and I feel comfortable when I use my Apple device. So I hope that unhappy thing will never happen to the other customer like me.
